Regulation amending the Regulation concerning delegation of powers and inspection in the seed sector.

This Regulation makes several minor changes in the Regulation concerning delegation of powers and inspection in the seed sector. The Regulation amends some definitions of Article. 4, adds a new clause concerning agricultural engineers to Article. 22, repeals Clause (b) of Article. 24, adds a new clause to Article. 26 on the validity of producer certificates and adds four new clauses to Article 27 on inspection and administrative sanctions.
