Abstract
This Regulation amends the Regulation concerning delegation of powers and inspection in the seed sector by making minor changes in several different articles. The changes made in articles 6, 10, 12 and 15 sets forth provisions regarding seed producer’s certificates, nursery producer’s certificates, seedling producer’s certificates and ornamental plant producer’s certificates. It also makes minor amendments in articles 17, 22, 25 and 27 on real and legal persons using tissue culture method. The Regulation further repeals articles 7, 19 and 21 of the original Regulation.
