Abstract
This Regulation amends Article 5 of the Principal Regulation regarding the requirements for the application to seed growing certificate and Article 6 regarding the terms and conditions for the application. Moreover, this Regulation amends the application procedures on Article 9 regarding seed processing certificate, Article 10 regarding sapling growing certificate, seedling growing certificate, Article 15 regarding ornamental plant growing certificate, and Article 22 regarding seed dealer certificate.
