Abstract
This Regulation amends Article 2 regarding the scope of the Regulation, Article 4 in the “definitions” section, Article 5 regarding independent accountancy, Article 6 regarding the independent auditor, Article 7 regarding independent accountancy agreements, Article 8 regarding obligations of and restrictions for independent auditors, Article 9 regarding termination of the accountancy agreement, and Article 10 regarding reporting. This Regulation adds the Provisional Clause 1 regarding renewal of accountancy agreement.
