Abstract
This Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures of financial and technical controls of agricultural producers unions. The Rgulation also covers provisions on the authorization of certified public accountants.

The provisions of this Regulation are governed by the Minister of agriculture and Rural Affairs. This Regulation repeals the Regulation No. 25947 dated 2005 on the control of agricultural producers unions.
