Abstract
This Regulation adds Paragraph 4 to the Provisional Clause 1 as “The deadline of the applications for 2016 is 31 December 2016”. Furthermore, Annex-I implying the template of Farmer Registration Form and Annex-IV implying template of the rental agreement for agricultural land have been amended and attached to the Regulation.
