Regulation on farmer registration system.

The aim of this Regulation is to set out the procedures and principles regarding the use, updating and development of the Farmer Registration System established for the registration of farmers’ agricultural activities in order to create agricultural policies, as well as to carry out agricultural support programs related to the Farmer Registration System and the linked systems in an auditable, traceable and reportable manner. This Regulation sets forth provisions on (i) the determination of the agencies authorized in monitoring and reporting of registration procedures and of their duties, (ii) registration of farmers and editing the documents, and (iii) the use of data of Farmer Registration System for the implementation of the support programs.
