Abstract
This Regulation makes amendments in the principal Regulation by amending Article 5 regarding the authorized institutions and organizations; Article 6 regarding the procedures for the registration of farmers into the system; amending Article 7 regarding the information and documents to be requested from farmers, including documents relating to the ownership of agricultural land; and inserting paragraph (g) to Article 17 for the exclusion of lands below the minimum agricultural size covered in the relevant provisions of the Soil Preservation and Land Utilization No. 5403, from the records.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette and shall be effective as of 1 September 2022.
Notes
The provisions of this Regulation shall be enforced by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
