Abstract
This Regulation makes amendments in Articles 9 and 10 regarding the obligation of businesses to obtain permits or licenses from other public institutions or organizations in accordance with the relevant legislation even though they have business approval certificates, and the licensing of veterinary practices, polyclinics and animal hospitals for the retail sale of veterinary medical products in case they sell feed additives and/or premixes and meet the hygiene requirements required in this Regulation.
