Abstract
The aim of this Regulation is to set forth the general rules on feed hygiene and to provide traceability of feed. The Regulation covers principles and procedures on each phase of the production of feed including its supply to the market, responsibilities and obligations of the producers, registration and recognition of feed producing enterprises, risk analysis, control and inspection. The Regulation further covers general rules on import and export of feed.
