Abstract
In Article 8 regarding the responsibilities and obligations of the owner of animal, this Regulation repeals the obligation of covering the expenses of identification and registration of bovines. This Regulation amends Article 11 regarding control procedures during sale of bovines, Article 23 regarding procedures for the movement certificate, Article 25 regarding slaughtering during feast of sacrifice, Article 26 regarding slaughtering for compulsory circumstances or personal needs, and Article 54 regarding bovine certificate.
