Abstract
This Regulation makes minor changes regarding certification, education, application, project assessment, project cost and lighting. This Regulation adds Paragraph 6 to the Article 15 of the original Regulation and it is stated that the applications are limited with five projects.

Entry into force notes
Paragraph 6 of Article 15 of the Original Regulation enters into force three months later than the day it is published in the Official Gazette. Other provisions enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
