Abstract
This Regulation makes amendments in the Principal Regulation regarding the cancellation of production permit, and actions to be taken in case there are sick and incurable animals in the facility. Article 45 of the Principal Regulation is amended as "Individuals are allowed to keep live game and wild animals as a hobby without trade and profit purposes, provided that the number does not exceed ten units for all mammals and reptiles, inclusive of cubs, but excluding predators, dangerous and poisonous species, and provided that it complies with the legislation in force and the international agreements to which Turkey is a party to". Furthermore, this Regulation repeals Articles 31 and 32 regarding keeping wild and game animals in zoo.
