Abstract
This Regulation amends the Regulation on licenses regarding natural gas market by making minor changes in several different articles. The amended articles 5, 11, 14, 15 and 16 provides for the requirements to obtain a license, issuance of licenses and assigning licenses. Amended Article 29 provides for service adequacy certificates. Amended Article 39 covers provisions on administrative sanctions. The Regulation further makes other minor changes in articles 42 and 43 regarding partnership capitals and assignment of companies. Article 41 has been repealed and four new provisional clauses has been added to the Original Regulation.
