Abstract
This Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures regarding the applications and issuance of licensing of legal persons operating in the field of natural gas market. The provisions also cover the cancellation, amendment, renewal and termination of the licenses. The Regulation further provides for the rights and obligations of the license holders.
