Abstract
This Regulation changes the definition of “city” in Paragraph 1 of Article 4. This Regulation amends Paragraph 7 of Article 5 regarding licensing of enterprises engaged in CNG and LNG activities, Paragraphs 5 and 6 of Article 9 regarding storage license, Paragraph 5 of Article 19 regarding obligations of licensee, Paragraph 6 of Article 21 regarding license for transmission of LNG, Paragraph 2 of Article 25 regarding sales of natural gas, Paragraphs 6, 7 and 9 of Article 42 regarding share transfer and Paragraph 2 of Article 44 regarding prohibition of competition. Furthermore, this Regulation adds subparagraph (d) to the Paragraph 4 of Article 14 regarding amendments in the title of licensee, Paragraph 5 to the Article 28 regarding license for distribution of natural gas. The Provisional Clause 3 is added to this Regulation regarding the modification of license for transmission of LNG.
