Abstract
This Regulation adds Paragraphs 5 and 6 to the Article 25 regarding purchase of liquefied natural gas (LNG). The template of the letter of application for licensing in Annex-I has been amended. Furthermore this Regulation adds Subparagraph (d) to the Article 10 in Annex-III, regarding refueling with LNG.
