Abstract
This Regulation Subparagraph (n) of Paragraph 1 of Article 20 regarding the responsibilities of license holders. This Regulation also adds Provisional Clause 21 as “The license holders mentioned in Subparagraph (n) of Paragraph 1 of Article 20 shall fulfill their obligations until 31 December 2017”.
