Abstract
The Regulation adds a new concept to Article 4 in the definitions section. This Regulation amends Article 11 regarding minimum conditions for certification, Article 18 regarding the responsibilities of license holders, Article 20 regarding the responsibilities of license holders for refinery, Article 21 regarding process licensing, and Article 50 regarding income share. This Regulation repeals Article 53. Furthermore this Regulation adds Provisional Clauses 22 regarding income share and 23 regarding time for license holders to fulfill their responsibilities.

Entry into force notes
Article 8 enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette, and other provisions enter into force on 1 January 2018.
