Regulation amending Regulation on plant registration scheme.

The text gives procedure to be carried out for the recognition of the new plant varieties by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, as following: the owner of the new plant variety should apply for the registration to the competent Ministry; the experts from the Registration and Certification Center for Seeds shall examine the request and submit it to the General Directorate of Protection and Controlling of the New Plant Varieties. All related administrative procedures are given in the text.
