Regulation amending the Regulation on the principles of organic farming and their implementation.

This Regulation lays down certain amendments and addenda to the Regulation on the principles of organic farming and their implementation. According to these new provisions, the use of conventional feed will be allowed in case feedingstuffs cannot be obtained through organic production. As regards apiculture, nectar and pollen resources within 3 km radius of the production area must be produced through organic methods and the vegetation cover must not have negative impact on organic apiculture. The Regulation also makes minor changes regarding packaging and labelling, the composition of the Organic Farming Committee and the tables in annexes 1 and 6.
