Abstract
This Regulation adds definitions of district and provincial directorate and registration system of the Ministry, in Article 4. This Regulation amends Article 5, regarding registration. This Regulation adds clause (b) to the Article 6, regarding the documents for applying to the certification and inspection institutions. This Regulation amends clause (ç) of Article 11, regarding the certification of plant protection products. This Regulation amends Article 40, regarding application of real and legal persons to the Ministry for inspection and certification. This Regulation also amends articles 40, 41, 43, 44 and 45, regarding the procedures followed by the authorized institutions. This Regulation amends Provisional Clause 5, regarding the use of feed.
