This Regulation amends Article 6/1/b regarding application procedures for enterprises for organic farming, Article 8/1/c regarding rules regarding organic farming, Article 9/1/b regarding soil conservation and fertilizers, Article 16/1/j regarding ecological animal production, Article 19/1/r regarding animal breeding and care, Article 24/1/d regarding rules for aquaculture, Article 29 regarding labeling of organic products, Article 32/1 regarding marketing of organic products, Article 36/1 regarding inspection, Article 39/1/a regarding authorized institutions, Article 40 regarding procedural matters for authorized institutions, Article 43 regarding documentation of authorized institutions, Article 44 regarding inspectors, Article 48 regarding establishment and duties of the Organic Farming Committee and Annexes 2, 6 and 8 attached to the principal Regulation.

Entry into force notes
Article 18 enters into force as of 31 December 2017, Articles 6 and 12 enter into force on 1 April 2018 and other provisions enter into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
