Abstract
This Regulation makes minor changes in “definitions” section in Article 4 of the Regulation. This Regulation amends Subparagraph (a) of Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 5 regarding registration of operators to produce, import, storage and trade of plants, plant products and other materials, Subparagraph (d) of Paragraph 1 of Article 6 regarding responsibilities of the operators, Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 7 regarding restriction of movements of harmful organisms, Subparagraph (b) of Paragraph 2 of Article 9 regarding conditions for plant passport, Subparagraph (a) of Paragraph 2 of Article 11 regarding entrance to protected areas, Paragraph 1 of Article 13 regarding official measures, and Subparagraph (d) of Paragraph 2 of Article 16 regarding sampling and analysis.
