Abstract
The aim of this Regulation is to take the necessary measures in case of precense of harmful organisms and to track movements of plants, plant products and planting materials to reach this objective the Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures of the plant passport sytem to register plants, plant products and planting materials. The Regulation also sets forth the rules and procedures of the registration of producers, importers, exporters and warehouse operators.
