Abstract
This Regulation amends Article 5 of the Principal Regulation regarding application procedures for registration of operators to produce, import, storage and trade of plants, plant products and other materials and Article 9 of the Principal Regulation regarding conditions for plant passport in case of import. Furthermore, this Regulation adds Annexes 9, 10, 11 and 12 to the Principal Regulation.
