Abstract
This Regulation amends Article 16 regarding assurances for licensed warehouse; Article 31 regarding rate of waste; Article 32 regarding the valuation of the cost of the product that is spoiled, lost, has lost its quality or the amount of wastage exceeds the limits determined in the wastage tariff; and Article 45 regarding the suspension or revocation of the license.
