Abstract
This Regulation amends the title of the original Regulation as “Regulation on drafting, implementation of and monitoring in the basin”. This Regulation amends Article 4 of the Regulation in “definitions” section, Article 5 regarding principles and procedures, Article 6 regarding protection of basin, Article 7 regarding drafting and approval of national water plans, Article 8 regarding updating of national water plans, Article 9 regarding participatory approach for water basins, Article 10 regarding drafting of basin management plans, Article 11 regarding updating of basin management plans, Article 12 regarding implementation and monitoring of basin management plans, Article 13 regarding basin water supply plans, Article 14 regarding implementation, monitoring and updating of basin water supply plans, Article 15 regarding water saving and efficiency, and Article 16 regarding inspection and administrative sanctions. This Regulation repeals Article 17. Furthermore Annex-I and Annex-II are amended and attached to the Regulation.
