Abstract
The aim of this Regulation is the protection of surface waters and groundwater considering physical, chemical and ecological qualities. The Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures of management plans of water basins to ensure sustainability, rehabilitation and protection. The Regulation covers basins of coastal waters, surface waters and groundwater resources.
