Abstract
This Regulation makes minor changes in Annex 1, regarding restricted substances and their conditions. This Regulation also adds Annex 3, regarding list of aromatic amines derived from azo colorants, Annex 4, regarding list of azo colorants and Annex 5, regarding list of testing methods for azo colorants.
