Regulation restricting production, introduction into the market, utilization of some hazardous substances, goods or compounds.

This Regulation restricts the production, supply and usage of some hazardous substances which have negative affects on health and environment in compounds, solutions and goods. The Regulation further sets forth the administrative and technical principles regulating introduction of some hazardous substances into the market in order to provide protection of human health and environment. Substances which are excluded from the market and substances which can be used in production are defined in the appendix. For scientific purposes such as scientific researches the substances specified in this Regulation may be used by the authorization of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry.
