Abstract
This Regulation amends Article 6 regarding the authorization of retail dealers and wholesalers by the Ministry for selling plant protection products, Article 9 regarding the prohibition of selling drugs and food by the retail dealers and wholesalers of plant protection products, Article 13 regarding the procedures and required documents for retail dealers and wholesalers to obtain permit for sales of plant protection products, Article 14 regarding the procedures and required documents for retail dealers and wholesalers to obtain permit for storage of plant protection products, Articles 17, 18 and 20 regarding powers and obligations of retail dealers and wholesalers, Article 28 regarding the obligation of the authorized person to be present, and Article 39 regarding administrative fines. Moreover, Annex-III and Annex-IV are amended and attached to this Regulation.
