Abstract
This Regulation amends The Regulation on seed controllers by adding two new paragraphs to Article. 4 concerning definitions and by making a minor change on Article. 11 on the duties and responsibilities of seed controllers. The Regulation further amends Article. 17 concerning the governance of the provisions of the Regulation on seed controllers.
