Regulation on seed controllers.

This Regulating sets forth the rules and procedures concerning the selection, training and authorization of seed controllers. The Regulation is based on Law No 308, regarding Registration, Controlling, and Certification of Seeds. It aims to provide the process of registration and control of seeds to be done by trained and authorized controllers. The Regulation is composed of 17 articles and 5 Chapters: Purpose, Basis and Definitions (I), Training of Seed Controllers (II), Authorization, Duties and Responsibilities (III), Control, Cancellation and Acquired Rights (IV), Final Provisions (V).
