Abstract
This Regulation deleted the words "the Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock" and replaced with "the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry". Furthermore, this Regulation amends Article 7 of the Principal Regulation regarding procedures and required documents for legal persons to apply to obtain certification for testing plant protection products.

Article 2 of this Regulation enters into force six months later than the publication date, and other provisions enter into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
