Abstract
This Regulation makes a minor change in “definitions” section in Article 4 of the Regulation. Furthermore this Regulation amends Article 5 regarding the scope of the Regulation, Article 7 regarding reporting, Article 10 regarding accredited laboratories, Article 11 regarding institution for approval and certification, Article 15 regarding the entry into force of the Regulation, and the Provisional Clause 2 regarding submission of reports to the Ministry. This Regulation also adds Provisional Clause 3 regarding certificates obtained earlier from the Ministry.
