Abstract
This Regulation amends Paragraphs 2, 6, 10, 11 and 12 of Article 6 regarding connection to distribution network, Paragraphs 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Article 7 regarding application for the connection to distribution network, Paragraphs 2 and 6 of Article 8 regarding evaluation of connection application, Paragraph 4 of Article 9 regarding application for system use, Paragraph 4 of Article 10 regarding system use agreement, Paragraph 1 of Article 15 regarding maintenance, testing and provisional acceptance, Paragraph 1/c of Article 20 regarding payback of surplus energy, Paragraph 1 of Article 22 regarding objection of electricity generators to energy supply company, Paragraph 1 of Article 24 regarding expected time of completion of the facilities, Paragraphs 2, 10, 18, 20 and 21 of Article 31 regarding administrative procedures, Provisional Clause 7 regarding connection agreement and the chart in Annex-V. Furthermore, this Regulation repeals Article 21 regarding promotion of using local manufacture.
