Abstract
This Regulation repeals the definition of “ratio of connectivity” in Article 4. This Regulation adds Paragraphs 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 to Article 6 regarding connection to distribution network, Paragraphs 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 to Article 7 regarding application for the connection to distribution network, Paragraphs 6, 7 and 8 to Article 8 regarding evaluation of connection application, Paragraph 5 to Article 16 regarding electricity meter, Paragraph 6 to Article 28 regarding prohibitions and sanctions, Paragraph 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 to Article 31 regarding administrative procedures, Provisional Clause 7 regarding connection agreement, Provisional Clause 8 regarding obligation of notification, Provisional Clause 9 regarding other applications and Provisional Clause 10 regarding publication of capacities for the electricity generation and distribution companies.
