Regulation amending the Regulation on the welfare and protection of aquatic vertebrate animals used for scientific purposes.

This Regulation adds definitions of the owners, administrators or managers of institutions, organizations and research and development companies that use and produce aquatic vertebrates for experimental and scientific purposes; the Ethics Committee of Aquatic Vertebrates Experiments Center; Local Ethics Committee of Aquatic Vertebrates Experiments Center; and aquatic vertebrate use certificate. This Regulation inserts Part 8 into the principal Regulation regarding the establishment, duties, working procedures and principles of the Ethics Committees of aquatic vertebrate experiments.
