Abstract
This Regulation adds one new functional class to Annex I, titled as functional classes of food additives used in foodstuffs, food additives and food enzymes. This Regulation makes minor changes in Annex II, titled as conditions of use and lists of food additives permitted to be used in foodstuffs. This Regulation also makes minor changes in Annex III, titled as conditions of use and lists of food additives including conveyors, permitted to be used in food additives, food enzymes, flavourings and nutrients. This Regulation adds Provisional Clause 3, regarding food businesses.
