Regulation on certification and marketing of potato seed.

This Regulation sets forth the procedures and principles governing the production, packaging and labeling requirements, certification and marketing of potato seeds. The aim of the Regulation is to ensure both the production and the product are in good quality and in conformity with the standards. Companies and individuals may carry out such activities as long as they hold a special authorization issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and obtain the registration of seeds.
