Abstract
This Regulation aims to encourage quality seed potato production, to control and prevent from pests. The Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures of the production, certification and marketing of seed potatoes. The Regulation consists 5 Chapters: Purpose; Basis and Definitions (I); Principles of Certification (II); Seed Production (III); Marketing, Control, Official Measures (IV); Final Provisions (V).
