Abstract
This Regulation defines types and components of chemical fertilizers used in agriculture and sets forth the principles and procedures of denomination, marking, packaging, and control of these fertilizers. The Regulation further covers provisions on the putting on the market and traceability. The provisions of this Regulation are applicable to chemical fertilizers which have ‘EC Fertilizer’ inscription on their packages.

The articles 10 and 28 of this Regulation enter into force on 11 July 2005, others enter into force on 15 April 2004.

The provisions of this Regulation are governed by the Minister of Agricultre and Rural Affairs.
