Abstract
This Regulation contains the principles on collection by the State of sand, gravel and similar substances from areas such as; sea, river beds, lake beds and agricultural lands. The Regulation further defines the procedures of exploration and control of these lands. Forests are excluded from the lands which are to be exploited and used for the collection of sand, gravel and similar substances.
