Abstract
This Regulation determines the principles and procedures regarding: traceability, production, transportation, storage and trade of commercial potatoes and commercial potato seeds. The purpose of the Regulation is to prevent pests that may affect production areas and to improve traceability and monitoring of potatoes by registering production areas and storage locations.

The provisions of this Regulation are governed by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.This Regulation does not contain sanctions. The sanctions to be applied are the sanctions determined by Law No. 6968 on Pests Combating and Agricultural Quarantine.
