Regulation on Cooperative Information System.

This Regulation lays down provisions on the establishment and management of the Cooperative Information System; the duties and powers of the institutions which are responsible for the establishment, operation, updating and development of the Cooperative Information System and the monitoring and reporting of its transactions; powers of cooperative auditors; determination of user rights and obligations and benefiting from electronical services; security of the transfer of personal data processed on this system; the procedures and principles regarding the production of statistical information; and the situations requiring administrative fines.
