Abstract
This Regulation lays down health care quality standards based on patient and employee safety and satisfaction, and the procedures and principles regarding the implementation of these standards, in order to ensure quality service delivery in healthcare institutions and organizations within the scope of the Turkish Health Quality System.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
Notes
A consolidated version of the present Regulation, as last amended in 2023, is attached.The provisions of this Regulation shall be governed by the Ministry of Health.
