In this regard, this Regulation sets forth provisions on general principles and requirements for Ecolabel scheme; the establishment of Ecolable criteria; application procedures for eco-labeling; terms and conditions of its use; duties and responsibilities of the competent authorities; market surveillance and control of the use of the Ecolabel; and offences and penalties.
