Abstract
This Regulation aims at efficient use of energy resources, prevention of energy loss, reduction of energy costs and the protection of the environment. This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles of audit, and provisions on the responsibilities and obligations of the natural or legal persons as well as auditors, offences and penalties.
