Regulation on environmental audit.

This Regulation lays down the procedures and principles for environmental audit to be carried out in facilities or for activities. In addition to that, this Regulation lays down the procedures and principles of audits within the scope of the duties and authorities of the Ministry in accordance with the Law No. 5312 Pertaining to Principles of Emergency Response and Compensation for Damages in Pollution of Marine Environment by Oil and Other Harmful Substances. This Regulation further sets forth provisions on the qualifications of the audit personnel, the detection of violations and the implementation of administrative sanctions within the scope of the Environmental Law, and the obligations and tasks for voluntary services.
